Is it free to use PaySelect?
Yes! PaySelect is completely free for merchants to use. We do not charge you for using the comparison tool or for getting connected with payment providers.
Do I need to register to use PaySelect?
No registration is required to explore providers or use the test tool. If you'd like to get connected with a provider, we may ask for basic business details to help with onboarding.
What types of businesses can use PaySelect?
Any business that needs to accept payments — whether through an online store, retail POS, mobile app, or across borders. We support SMEs, enterprise merchants, restaurants, marketplaces, and more.
Will I get better rates through PaySelect?
In many cases, yes. Our partnerships allow us to offer exclusive rates or simplified onboarding paths. However, pricing still depends on your business profile and provider.
Will PaySelect handle my payments or onboarding?
No, we are not a licensed payment service provider. We refer you to the right licensed providers who will complete your onboarding and manage your account. In some cases, we help collect your initial KYC documents to streamline the process.
How can my company be listed on PaySelect?
We welcome all licensed payment providers serving the UAE. Please contact us to receive our onboarding questionnaire and discuss partnership terms.
Is my business data safe?
Yes. We do not share your business details with any third parties except the providers you’re matched with, and only after your consent. All data is handled in compliance with UAE data protection regulations.
Can I suggest a payment provider I want to work with?
Absolutely! If there’s a provider you’d like to see on our platform, let us know and we’ll explore the partnership.
About the “Take the Test” tool
What is the “Take the Test” tool?
Our tool is a short and guided questionnaire that helps us understand your business needs — such as your payment volume, business model, industry, preferred payment methods, and international requirements. Based on your answers, we suggest the best-fit payment providers.
What kind of questions will I be asked?
You’ll be asked about:
- Your business type (e.g. online store, restaurant, retail, etc.)
- Monthly payment volume (estimated)
- Industry (e.g. travel, gaming, ecommerce)
- Whether you accept payments from abroad
- If you need a payment gateway, POS, cross-border payouts, or all
- Settlement speed requirements
- Whether you operate multiple businesses
- Current pain points with your existing provider (optional)
How long does the test take?
It usually takes less than 2 minutes to complete.
What should I prepare before taking the test?
Have a rough idea of:
- Your average monthly transaction volume
- The types of payment methods you accept or need (Visa, Apple Pay, BNPL, etc.)
- If you accept international payments or need to send money abroad
- Whether you prefer fast settlements

Will I get one result or multiple options?
You’ll see a shortlist of recommended providers that best match your answers, with the most competitive offer at the top. You can explore details for each and choose who to speak with.
Can I speak to multiple providers?
Yes, you can request to connect with one or multiple providers if you’d like to compare them further before deciding.
Merchant onboarding and next steps
Will PaySelect help me onboard with the provider?
We assist in collecting basic documents (like trade license, Emirates ID, etc.) and then pass the detail to the provider. The provider will handle full compliance and KYC.
Is PaySelect responsible for the merchant relationship after onboarding?
No, PaySelect is a referral platform. Your ongoing relationship, support, and settlement will be handled directly by the payment provider you choose.
What documents do I need to provide?
Standard onboarding usually requires:
- Trade License
- Emirates ID and Passport of owner
- VAT certificate (if applicable)
- Company bank letter or statement
- Website or app link (if applicable)
Some providers may ask for additional documents depending on your industry or volume.
