Sissel is a seasoned payments professional with over 10 years of experience building payment gateways, cross-border payment solutions, and innovative merchant products. As the founder of PaySelect, she is driving the UAE’s first comparison and referral platform for payment providers.

Alongside leading PaySelect, Sissel provides consulting support to payment companies and large corporate merchants, helping them optimize their payment strategies, expand internationally, and unlock new revenue streams.

Mark Rennie Davis is a payments industry strategist and consultant.  He has been based in the UAE for the last 10 years, providing advice to payment providers, fintechs, merchants, governments and investors across the Gulf region.
His specialisms include deal design and negotiation, fintech partnerships, product development, performance improvement, new market entry, commercial due diligence and business launch.
Prior to his advisory role, he held various leadership positions at Mastercard, working with clients in over 25 countries across 5 continents.
He holds an MBA and a B.Sc. in Computer Science.
